The Clean-Face Deluxe Fireplace comes with a discreet air distribution channel that eliminates the look of louvers, yet still allows you to operate the optional blower. It features a large heat-resistant, tempered glass window that provides an unobstructed view to the log set.
Choose an optional liner – Aged Brick, Herringbone, Stacked Limestone, or Black Reflective – to customize your fireplace.
Madison Clean-Face Deluxe models have a 17-3/4-inch firebox depth, and use 4 x 6-5/8 venting, making them ideal for applications where wall-cavity space is tight.
Designed for in-wall installation, your Madison Clean-Face Direct-Vent fireplace can be finished with tile or other non-combustible material, which conceals the outer edge of the fireplace to provide a true built-in appearance.

Both ignition versions include the fireplace, canopy, log set, factory-mounted barrier screen, flex gas line with shutoff valve, decorative rock, two rockwool packages, receptacle and receptacle cover. The intermittent-pilot package also includes an AC adapter and four AA batteries. Rear-vent insulation and its retainer are supplied for rear venting; follow the manual when configuring a top-vent installation.
The included barrier must remain installed. It is not an optional safety item, but this model does not require the separate barrier purchase associated with other Tahoe families. A complete approved vent system, appropriate gas supply and correctly framed installation remain required. Do not use the face or viewing dimensions as framing dimensions.
The manual lists FBB4 variable-speed blower, EK1 ember-bed kit, PE20 platinum glowing embers and GF24 24-inch stainless-steel flex gas line as available accessories. The blower is optional. Select controls only for the appliance’s exact ignition system and follow their supplied instructions. Optional liners and finishing choices do not replace the required venting or factory safety barrier.
Use the manual’s complete vent-run and termination-clearance charts for the chosen top or rear route. Plan the gas and electrical connections before framing.
