At United Fireplaces, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and efficiently. Every product is carefully packaged and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. But damage does happen. Our products are all shipped new from the manufacturer, distributor or from our multiple storage facilities (excluding open boxes and scratch and dents). If there is damage during LTL or Freight shipping it is extremely important for United Fireplaces to be made aware within 24 hours or your damage claims can be declined. All damaged LTL or frieght shipments reported after 30 days will be at the cost of the customer.

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
? Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days for Non-Warrentied shipments
- Freight / Large Items (Fireplaces, Outdoor Kitchens, etc.): 5–10 business days
Please note: Some custom or special-order items may require additional shipping and processing time.
? Shipping Costs
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with the contiguous United States
Note: While shipping may be free, actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted in case of returns.
? Shipping Locations
- We currently have free shipping within the Contiguous United States. Any shipments outside the contiguous United States will have additional shipping and handling charges.
- For special delivery requests or restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.
? Freight Deliveries (Large Items)
For oversized or heavy items shipped via freight:
- A delivery appointment is required. The delivery company will call the customer phone number on file when the order arrives at the final port. They will schedule a date with the customer to insure someone is available to inspect your package.
- Customer must be available to receive and inspect the shipment. Holding charges will be applied if the customer does not schedule the delivery appointment within 7 days of package arriving at its final port.
- A signature is required upon delivery
- If damage is found, it is the customers responsibilty to write "Damaged" on the shipping receipt from the delivery company. They must allow you time to inspect and also must allow you to write damaged on the slip.
⚠️ Important Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery:
- Check packaging for visible damage
- It is best practice to note any damage on the delivery receipt, as this is a requirement for all LTL claims for any damage during shipping.
- It is the customers responsibility to report any damage issues within 24 hours to:

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your claim eligibility.
