Optional wall-mounted variable-speed control for the FBB5 blower. The blower and firebox are sold separately.
The firebox junction box must be wired during initial installation for blower use. A standard on/off wall switch is the alternative listed in the manual; the SCV1 is the optional variable-speed choice. A qualified electrician must perform wiring to the appliance instructions and applicable codes. Disconnect power before servicing. This control operates the blower, not the burner gas valve.
Installation must follow all applicable manufacturer documentation and codes. Confirm the exact appliance model and control configuration before ordering.
Manufacturer installation and owner manual, pages 10–12,16, documents the application and selection requirements.
