Installation and safety notes
- Use a dedicated 15-amp grounded circuit. Plug-in or qualified-electrician hardwired installation must follow the manual.
- Minimum recess depth including finishing materials: 4 inches partial or 6 inches full; opening height 16 inches. Use this model’s framing width.
- Clearances from trim: 0 inches bottom, sides and back; 4 inches above to mantel or ceiling. Keep furniture, curtains, bedding and similar materials at least 36 inches in front.
- Indoor installation only; not suitable for bathrooms. Do not use an extension cord or obstruct air inlets or heater outlets.
- Provide wall fasteners and mounting support appropriate to the installation method.
Install and operate in accordance with the complete manufacturer manual and applicable electrical and building codes.
Warranty summary
Napoleon’s two-year premium electric-appliance warranty covers applicable electrical and wearable parts; warranty-repair labor is covered during the first year only. Light bulbs and fuses are excluded. Original-purchaser conditions and other exclusions apply; see manual W415-4155, page 35.
