Empire LK2 Accent Light Kit

LK2 is the optional accent light kit listed in the manufacturer manual for the VFP36SB2E(L,F)-4 see-through and VFP36PB2E(L,F)-4 peninsula vent-free fireboxes. This listing is the accessory; the firebox and gas log system are sold separately.

Operation and installation

This optional kit adds accent lighting to the documented firebox application. It does not replace the separately selected gas log/burner system or satisfy any combustion-air requirement. Use the light-kit instructions for its electrical connection and installation; do not substitute a general-purpose lighting assembly.

Compatibility

Match the complete firebox model and revision to its accessory documentation. This documented application does not establish universal compatibility with other Empire appliances.

Manufacturer documentation

VFP36SB2E / VFP36PB2E installation manual 39812-2-0620, page 20, lists LK2. Blower installation and maintenance appear on pages 12–14. Install and service according to the appliance and accessory instructions and applicable codes.
