The Empire FBBX is the manufacturer-listed wire ext for fbb4 (req for vfd26fp/fm) for the VFD26 Vail vent-free fireplace family. The fireplace is ordered separately.

Application and configuration

FBBX is the extension kit used when installing the optional FBB4 automatic blower in a VFD26FP/FM fireplace. The manufacturer requires FBBX and FBB4 together for that blower installation. The extension kit does not include the blower and does not make a blower mandatory for the fireplace.
