Montigo Divine Left Corner Traditional Propane Fireplace H38CLLI-2

The H38CLLI-2 is Montigo’s Divine left corner indoor direct-vent fireplace with a traditional log burner. The propane model provides 32,000 BTU/hr and uses SIT Proflame 2 electronic ignition. Its left corner geometry is part of the appliance selection; choose the exact model before framing the installation.

Included equipment

The exact-model catalog lists a multifunction remote, remote high/low flame adjustment, micro-mesh safety screen and battery backup. The traditional package includes its log set, heritage brick liner and wrought-iron grate. Position the logs and supplied ember material exactly as illustrated and keep burner holes free of ember material. These included controls and decorative parts should not be ordered again as required extras.

Required installation components

Provide the complete approved direct-vent system and termination for the selected route, the proper gas supply and shutoff, electrical service, and a compliant framed enclosure. Install the supplied safety screens and standoffs. The manual requires two supplied standoffs on top of the fireplace; they are installation parts rather than optional decorative accessories. Do not operate with safety screens removed or door latches unsecured.

Optional accessories

The catalog lists the REC1550 wall-mounted Proflame 2 remote and SIT-WIFI control accessory as optional. It specifies no fan options for this exact Divine multi-sided package. Do not replace the traditional log arrangement with loose media intended for a linear burner. Optional control or decorative purchases are separate from the required venting and installation work.

Framing, clearances and venting

Use the left corner drawings in the installation manual. Pier, bay and corner enclosures have different geometry and clearance tables; do not transfer dimensions from another configuration. The manual supplies product drawings on pages 7–8, framing on pages 9–10, clearances on page 11 and separate vent-route charts on pages 16–20. Maintain one inch at the sides and bottom of vent runs and two inches above horizontal vent runs. Follow the full mantel and combustible-facing diagrams for the chosen installation.

The gas installer must verify fuel, inlet and manifold pressures and provide an accessible shutoff. Any conversion requires the exact approved kit and a qualified service technician. Installation, wiring, commissioning and maintenance must follow the manufacturer documentation and applicable codes.

Care, warranty and documents
