Empire Hearth Vent-Free 30" Ceramic Fiber 5 piece Log Set LS30EF

Empire LS30EF 30-inch Five-Piece Ceramic Fiber Log Set

The Empire LS30EF is the 30-inch, five-piece ceramic-fiber log set listed for the VFPA36BP Vail fireplace family. It is the model-specific log package for the matching appliance, not a complete gas fireplace or a universal replacement log set.

Package and application

• Manufacturer SKU: LS30EF.
• Material: ceramic fiber.
• Piece count: five logs.
• Current manufacturer fireplace application: VFPA36BP.
• The illustrated set contains a rear log, left and right front logs, left top branch and Y-shaped branch.

Required configuration

The matching fireplace requires its approved log package. Select the exact log set specified for the appliance model; nominal log size is not proof of compatibility with another burner. Fireplace and burner equipment are not included with this separate log-set SKU.

Placement and care

Position the logs on the designated pins and supports in the illustrated sequence. Do not rearrange logs or cover the burner air opening. The manual places glowing-ember material only in the prescribed front burner area; decorative lava rock and small wood pieces belong on the firebox floor, not on the burner. Keep drafts from disturbing the flame and have damaged or improperly fitting logs replaced by the appropriate service professional.

Manufacturer documents

LS24EF/LS30EF log placement manual provides the placement photographs and parts identification. Vail VFPA32/36 installation manual governs the current appliance configuration. Follow both documents and applicable installation codes.
