Identity and application

• Manufacturer part number: DVG2MHP.
• Exact manufacturer description: Louvers, Hammered Pewter, Mission.
• Documented application: Tahoe Deluxe 36 / DVD36 family.
• Selection role: Optional decorative selection.
• This listing includes the named accessory; the fireplace and separately listed finishing components are not included.

Required versus optional

These decorative louvers are an optional style choice. Keep all convection-air openings unobstructed and maintain access to appliance controls and service components. They do not replace the required glass safety barrier.

Installation considerations

Match the appliance model, accessory size and attachment arrangement before installation. Do not assume compatibility with a different Tahoe series solely from its nominal size. Install only after the appliance is cool and follow the accessory instructions along with the fireplace installation manual. Preserve the manufacturer clearances, glass sealing, barrier protection and access for maintenance. Installation must comply with the manufacturer documentation and applicable codes.

Manufacturer documentation

Empire DVD installation and owner manual 43115-3-1024 covers the appliance, safety-barrier requirement and decorative accessories; see pages 1 and 63–64. The July 1, 2026 manufacturer price book lists this exact SKU in the Tahoe Deluxe 36 accessory section.
