The stated framing height includes the three-inch standoff clearance. A flush mantel base adds 3-3\/4 inches to the height, and any supporting panel must also be accounted for. Keep all air inlet and outlet louvers unobstructed. Use only noncombustible facing over the black fireplace front and follow the manual’s mantel and termination-clearance diagrams.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Empire Hearth","offers":[{"title":"Propane \/ Millivolt - On\/Off Switch \/ N\/A","offer_id":50604605571234,"sku":"DVD42FP30P","price":2169.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Propane \/ Millivolt - On\/Off Switch \/ Blower","offer_id":50604605604002,"sku":"DVD42FP31P","price":2509.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Propane \/ Intermittent Pilot - On\/Off Switch \/ N\/A","offer_id":50604605636770,"sku":"DVD42FP70P","price":2439.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Propane \/ Intermittent Pilot - On\/Off Switch \/ Blower","offer_id":50604605669538,"sku":"DVD42FP71P","price":2749.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Natural Gas \/ Millivolt - On\/Off Switch \/ N\/A","offer_id":50604605702306,"sku":"DVD42FP30N","price":2169.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Natural Gas \/ Millivolt - On\/Off Switch \/ Blower","offer_id":50604605735074,"sku":"DVD42FP31N","price":2509.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Natural Gas \/ Intermittent Pilot - On\/Off Switch \/ N\/A","offer_id":50604605767842,"sku":"DVD42FP70N","price":2439.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"Natural Gas \/ Intermittent Pilot - On\/Off Switch \/ Blower","offer_id":50604605800610,"sku":"DVD42FP71N","price":2749.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0695\/5846\/8770\/files\/Empire-Hearth-42-Tahoe-Deluxe-Direct-Vent-Zero-Clearance-Traditional-Fireplace-DVD42FP_11214__10694.1785136205.386.513.jpg?v=1791841828","url":"https:\/\/unitedfireplaces.com\/products\/empire-hearth-42-tahoe-deluxe-direct-vent-zero-clearance-traditional-fireplace-dvd42fp","provider":"United Fireplaces","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
