Empire Hearth 4x6 5/8" Vinyl Siding Vent Kit for Empire Hearth Round Vent Kit DV822

Empire DV822 Vinyl Siding Kit

DV822 is the manufacturer-listed vinyl siding kit documented for the DVD direct-vent fireplace family. This listing is the named component; the fireplace and other venting or finishing components are sold separately.

Verified application

The DVD installation manual identifies DV822 as the vinyl siding kit for the DVVK-4RE horizontal round termination. Select it for the documented termination and wall installation; it is not a complete vent system and is not a universal requirement for every installation.

Installation and documentation

Do not substitute a component from another size or vent system based on appearance. Follow the exact appliance and component instructions and applicable codes. DVD32 / DVD36 / DVD42 / DVD48 installation manual 43115-3-1024, pages 7–8, identifies the component application. The complete vent route and termination must comply with the manual.
