Empire VFP36PP32E Vail Premium is a 36-inch peninsula vent-free gas fireplace with a Slope Glaze Vista burner and traditional banded-brick interior.

Key features

Millivolt standing-pilot control is remote-ready; compatible remotes are optional. Three-sided viewing opens the fire to adjoining spaces.

Included components

Factory burner, banded-brick liner, junction box and three standard hoods. Logs are ordered separately.

Required components

LSU24RR-2 Rock Creek refractory log set is required. Install it in the exact arrangement shown in the manual; decorative media do not replace the required log arrangement.

Optional accessories

FBB5 automatic blower with optional SCV-1 speed control, LK2 accent lighting, and compatible millivolt remotes or wall controls are optional.

Installation and safety notes

Choose the correct factory natural-gas or propane version. This appliance cannot be converted between fuels. It is intended for supplemental room heating and requires adequate combustion and ventilation air, including assessment of other appliances sharing the room. Vent-free operation does not remove local installation restrictions or room-air requirements.
