Empire Hearth 36" White Peninsula Mantel Base EMPBW

Empire EMPBW White Peninsula Mantel Base

The Empire EMPBW is the white peninsula mantel base listed for the matching Empire peninsula installation. This SKU supplies the base component; it is not a complete fireplace or a combined top-and-base package.

Exact model application

The current manufacturer price book lists these peninsula mantel components for DVP36PP, VFP36PB and VFP36PP. It explicitly excludes clean-face peninsula fireplaces. Do not use the peninsula component as a see-through mantel or infer compatibility from a 36-inch size alone.

Included and separately selected

Order the fireplace and any other mantel pieces separately in the desired matching finish. The top and base have distinct manufacturer SKUs. These are optional decorative enclosure components; all appliance-required burner, log, hood, barrier and venting provisions remain governed by the exact fireplace manual.

Installation considerations

Check the complete enclosure dimensions and required combustible-mantel clearances before installation. Keep control/service access and air passages open. A decorative mantel does not reduce required clearances or change the appliance fuel and venting classification.

Manufacturer documentation

Manufacturer installation and owner manual provides the applicable installation procedures and clearances. The current Empire manufacturer price book identifies this exact component. Installation must follow the manufacturer documentation and applicable codes.
